We are a friendly practice and have a fantastic administration team who are able to help you with any queries you may have. For more complex issues, please ask to speak with our experienced Practice Manager.
Please note: Our practice will close at 1pm on the last Thursday of every month except for August and December. For urgent medical attention please dial NHS 111 who will be able to signpost you appropriately.
COVID-19 Patient Guidance
We are open and here to help you. Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients who need them. We are currently operating a telephone triage system. This means you will be asked to briefly describe your conditions over the phone with a member of our reception team to help assess what type of care you need, and the best options for providing it.
We are also now offering online consultations, as well as video and telephone consultations. These can be convenient and flexible ways to receive healthcare advice. When patients need to be seen by a doctor or nurse face-to-face, this will be arranged.
We currently have a range of COVID-19 safety measures in place, including regular cleaning of patient areas and social distancing. You will also be asked to ensure you wear a face covering to your appointment, unless exempt.
COVID Vaccinations
Please be assured that everyone who needs the COVID-19 vaccine will be offered it. The NHS will be in touch with you when it is your turn to be vaccinated. You can find more information about COVID-19 vaccinations at: uk/covid-vaccine
We are not offering COVID Vaccinations at the surgery, as it is a large program our patients are invited to attend the Liverpool Football Club.
Got more questions about the COVID-19 vaccine? You can find more information about the vaccinations programme at: www.liverpoolccg.nhs.uk/covidvaccine
Evening Weekend and Out Of Hours Advice
Evening and weekend appointments are available. If you are unable to access a suitable GP appointment during practice opening hours, we can refer you to a GP access hub in the city, where you can get advice and treatment over the phone, online or face-to-face out of hours
If you need urgent care, particularly during the evenings and weekends when your practice is closed, you can contact NHS 111 at any time – go to: https://111.nhs.uk/ or dial 111. NHS 111 is staffed by fully trained advisors and clinicians who provide over the phone triage and arrange face to face appointment slots with an out-of-hours GP, at a walk-in centre, or a local hospital A&E department if required
Blood Test
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic there is a huge waiting time for our patients to have blood test in the community. In order to benefit our patients and to make sure you get your blood test if required we have started offering patients to have blood test at the surgery temporarily. You will be either contacted by phone or text message for the blood test these are strictly with appointment and not a walk in service.
